true north usa's founder, owner, and principal consultant is Edward H. Ferking, Jr. Ed is a degreed chemical engineer and natural scientist with over 20 years of experience working for a Fortune 200 company as a chemical engineer, technical manager, and IT functional expert in manufacturing logistics. Ed has been an avid user of Excel for most of his career and now devotes 100% of his time supporting other professionals in the area of spreadsheet automation.
